We connect directly to AT&T's Worldnet service with separate full T1's just for our subscribers on the Door Kewaunee Peninsula, not shared with any other cities or areas. In fact we currently only utilize thirty percent of our available bandwidth at peak times. Because AT&T is a tier one provider, there is less lag time because you are just one hop to the Internet backbone. Other ISPs might go through multiple hops in Green Bay, Appleton, and Milwaukee before reaching the Internet which results in more points of failure and more lag time.
