Hi,
I just wanted to say Thank you to Sam. We were having trouble
with the internet a few days ago. We kept getting booted out of
the internet. When I called Door PI, Sam could hear a clicking
noise on our telephone line right away. He told us how to check
to see if it was one of our phones. We called SBC and they fixed
the problem. It was so nice to have such great customer

Our new DSL service was installed Saturday, June 5 by Sam, the Algoma
representative. I had talked to Sam on several occasions and he was the
very best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. He
walked me through every aspect of the service and the capabilities
possible with DSL. I had signed up with SBC but for one reason or
another, we were unable to get it set up in our computor. Sam assured
me that it would not be a problem with DoorPI and that I would not have
to have a change in my E-Mail address. What A Plus for us!!! We are an
older couple and love the computor but sometimes it gets us so
frustrated @#+*&#$% - you know how that goes!! Again, I can't say
enough about Sam and how professionally he treated us. When he came to
hook up the system, he explained the process from beginning to end and
was so polite and helpful. Thanks for this great new DSL service and for
young people like Sam. I commend you for having hired him.

Hi Phil,
Just to let you know I already regret not having service through your
company. I did try to have the dsl through you but when I called I
couldn't afford the installation fees. It was to much money in one lump
sum for me. Anyways I haven't had nothing but trouble. All the while I
had service through you I hadn't had one virus now I am constantly
having problems. Needless to say everything just sucks. I called
yesterday to get my services disconnected through them. I am so mad that
i am disconecting my telephone service through them also. Just wanted to
let you know that I am very disapponted in my choice to change internet

Hi Phil: Normally you
hear from me when something goes wrong. I am writing to thank you for
your timely fix to the subject worm. When I’m on my computer I often
feel I’m on my own. Problems are mine to solve. My machine was going
crazy and then you email with the fix arrived. That’s world
class performance. It was easy and I was able to solve the problem

I used two other ISP's before I
tried yours and had constant problems with busy signals. This was a
real problem for my children who needed the computer at night to do
their homework. I would email and email them, and they would always
blame it on Ameritech or someone else. Busy signals were never a

from ...., because I felt their service dept. was just saying that I had a phone line

Thank you for the unexpected $10 for
referral! I am quite pleased with your service and the ease of setup! Have had less
problems and better connect speeds then many of the services I have tried
in Washington State 15 miles from the Microsoft campus! I never
did get the laptop PCMIA modem to upgrade! I am using a H P 800mhz P III with a
Conexent Softkey K56 modem at present which normally connects between 40 to 54 k !
Phil We've now been on the web with your service
almost a month and we want to tell you how pleased we are with the dial up
connection. We've never had a busy signal or had to wait to be connected.(Once Karen
got the correct addresses typed in correctly, her fault, not yours!) When we
purchased our Gateway, it came with 3 months of free service with AOL. It was
a RARE occasion when we were connected on the 1st attempt, and usually it took 4-8
attempts and often we would wait and try later in the evening, after 10PM, not very
convenient! So Thanks for the great service.! Karen and
