The following simple steps are all that need to be performed:

	Double click the round satellite icon located in the system tray to open the Setup4PC application.
	Click the Transponder Management button.
	Change the Start and End Frequency from 12100 to 11860 located in the Search & Scan section to the right.
	In the Transponder section to the left, double click on the 12100 MHz: H/L line to open the Edit Transponder window.
	Change the Transponder from 12100 to 11860.
	Click the Tune button located at the bottom of the window and the Signal Quality will then return.
	Click the OK button to close the Edit Transponder window.
	Click the Close button to exit the Transponder Management window.
	Click the Close button to exit the Setup4PC application
