Just to let you know I already regret not having service through your company. I

through you but when I called I couldn't afford the installation fees. It was to

Our new DSL service was installed Saturday, June 5 by Sam, the Algoma
representative. I had talked to Sam on several occasions and he was the
very best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. He
walked me through every aspect of the service and the capabilities
possible with DSL. I had signed up with SBC but for one reason or
another, we were unable to get it set up in our computor. Sam assured
me that it would not be a problem with DoorPI and that I would not have
to have a change in my E-Mail address. What A Plus for us!!! We are an
older couple and love the computor but sometimes it gets us so
frustrated @#+*&#$% - you know how that goes!! Again, I can't say
enough about Sam and how professionally he treated us. When he came to
hook up the system, he explained the process from beginning to end and
was so polite and helpful. Thanks for this great new DSL service and for
young people like Sam. I commend you for having hired him.
