Install Dial-up Networking for Windows 95/98

In Control Panel click on Add/Remove Programs.
Click on the tab Windows Setup.
Double click Communications.
Place a check mark in Dial-Up Networking.
Then click on the OK's to close the all the windows.
You may need to have your Windows installation CD or recovery CD available.
After your computer reboots, you may continue.

Right click on the Network Neighborhood Icon.
Then click on Properties.

Click on the Add button then select Adapter->Microsoft->Dial-Up Adapter and click OK.

Click on Add, then Protocol, the Add, then Microsoft->TCP/IP and then OK. After you click OK on everything
your computer may ask for your Windows Installation CD and then it must reboot to activate these components.
